This body of work was created using foil imaging techniques. Foil imaging is a kind of printmaking that utilizes a surface coated in polymer, which allows hot press foil to adhere to the surface when heated. Different techniques can be used to create works with dynamic textures and levels of readability. Each work combines technical graphic design skills with a fine arts application. All works in this series are 18 inches by 24 inches, a standard poster size, to reference the medium of graphic design and PSA posters, giving the commercial language of graphic design a fine arts implementation.
